TMAF is the Energy Solutions Center's premier education and networking conference for gas utility marketing, sales, and customer support representatives from throughout North America. The two and a half-day conference focuses on educating utility professionals about the latest gas solutions, marketing, sales and customer outreach, and conservation. We guarantee that each attendee will gain new and innovative approaches to bringing energy-efficient natural gas solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Please note the following hotel policies: All reservations must be secured with a guaranteed payment method. Five (5) days prior to your arrival, a one night's guest room and tax authorization will be processed on your credit / debit card if there is no deposit. The hotel has a 72 hour guest room cancellation policy. If a guest room is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the credit / debit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged a one night's guest room and tax fee. Departure dates will be reconfirmed upon check-in and any shortened length of stay made after check-in will result in a $75 administrative fee charged by the hotel unless due to a documented family emergency.
